My Purpose and Passion

I have worked for over 20 years in global HR and I am passionate about helping people succeed. I am now dedicating my energies, skills and experience to doing what I love most. In short, I want to ensure the spotlight shines where it belongs.

Who I Am


Peers, colleagues and clients describe me as high energy, passionate, straightforward, a skillful talent expert with a dose of humour.

I am Canadian with Dutch nationality and have lived and worked in North America, Asia and Europe. I have great respect and appreciation for diverse cultures and have developed an in-depth understanding of how to work with people from all over the world.


I am an accomplished HR professional and facilitator and pride myself on keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in my field. I have multiple certifications in different assessments tools, and I am a qualified Executive Coach. I am currently working on my International Coaching Federation certificate in Organizational, Relationship and System coaching.

And a bit more about me:

I live in the beautiful historic city of Haarlem, the Netherlands, married to a Dutch man.  I am an avid fitness member, and during the winter indulge in a few  ski trips.  My husband and I are also avid travellers to other continents and we have an active social life.


My Professional Background


I work best and have a solid understanding of working in complex, global business: how environments impact people, how inclusion produces effective results in challenging business scenarios.

My HR career has spanned sectors as varied as IT, Financial Services, and Transport in multinational companies around the world. I have developed, executed and led high-impact global Leadership programs. I regularly moderate international conferences and carry out senior leadership team coachings.

I am an experienced leadership coach, and have worked extensively with international Leaders in senior management roles. I have experience in team coaching and individual coaching. 

Assessment Coaching:

How often have organizations invested money on expensive valuable assessments for their management teams only to have these individuals be overwhelmed by their report and at a loss of what to focus on and where to start?

I am experienced with numerous 360 degree feedback assessments and able to bring clarity and commitment with the coachee so that they take ownership and action with their assessment report instead of tucking their assessment report away in their drawer.


My approach is about being optimistic, candid and encouraging about the potential for concrete change. A keen observer, I can identify and address those behavioural soft spots that are holding Leaders back from achieving impact in their work goals.
